I, Sebastian Max Klinkum, Solicitor, The Treasury, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 7 July 2023, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 299 of the Companies Act 1955, with Encumbrance No. C315442.1, registered on Records of Title NA98B/108, NA72D/220, NA72D/221, NA90A/139, NA90A/141, NA90A/142, NA94D/671, NA94D/672, NA94D/673, NA98B/104, NA98B/105, NA98B/106 and NA98B/107, by virtue of the removal of Target Developments Limited, Company No. 288578, from the Companies Register on 21 June 1996.
