Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 February 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Te Whānau Tupu Ngātahi o Aotearoa – Playcentre Aotearoa, in respect of Ranfurly Playcentre (81033) situated at 35 Bute Street, Ranfurly.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
