In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (the Act), notice is hereby given that on 28 April 2023, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that Richard Dean Palmer be suspended from practice as a barrister and solicitor for a period of 18 months commencing three days from the date of the order.
