Pursuant to schedule 7 clause 4 of the Public Service Act 2020, the Deputy Public Service Commissioner has reappointed:

Paul James

to the position of Secretary for Internal Affairs and Chief Executive, Department of Internal Affairs from 1 October 2023 to 30 June 2027, following acceptance by the Governor-General of New Zealand in Council of the Deputy Public Service Commissioner’s recommendation.
