Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 November 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Reona Lanigan & Gina Frape T/A Kids Kingdom, in respect of Awhi Pumau (47006) situated at 24–26 Matthews Avenue, Kaitaia.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
