Pursuant to section 41(4) of the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019, the Registrar of Companies has published a report on the adequacy and effectiveness of the regulatory systems of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) in regard to the Licensed Insolvency Practitioners regime.
