Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 December 2005, No. 210, page 5365, of Port Marlborough, (located at Auckland Street, Picton and operated by Port Marlborough New Zealand Limited CN: 404129) as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Port Marlborough is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial Vessels
• Commercial Passenger Vessels
• Private Recreational Vessels
• Defence Force Craft

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Containers and General Cargo
• Bulk Cargo (Non-approved systems)
• Vehicles and Machinery
• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Tower, 34–38 Bowen Street, Wellington.
