Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 January 2006, No. 1, page 30, of Dunedin Airport (located at Miller Road, Dunedin and operated by Dunedin International Airport Limited CN: 401438) as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Dunedin Airport is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial, Chartered or Private Aircraft (≤25 Seats)
• Commercial, Chartered or Private Aircraft (>25 Seats) (Not exceeding 190 passengers/crew per aircraft)
• Defence Force Craft

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Tower, 34–38 Bowen Street, Wellington.
