Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 December 2006, No. 174, page 5084 of the Bay of Islands Airport (located at Wiroa Road, Kerikeri and operated by Far North Holdings Limited CN: 849248) as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Bay of Islands Airport is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial, Chartered or Private Aircraft (≤25 Seats)

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Tower, 34–38 Bowen Street, Wellington.
