Pursuant to section 12(2) of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, and section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

Dame Karen Poutasi

as a member and Chair to the Board of Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand for an 18-month term commencing on 1 July 2023.
