I intend to revoke the notice made on 21 June 2023 (New Zealand Gazette, 21 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2601) to rectify duplication. The notice published on 31 August 2022, Notice No. 2022-go3666 remains valid for Liberta Systems Limited’s network operator status.
