Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has reappointed:

Raewyn Lamb as a member and appointed her as Chair for a three-year term

Professor Peter Crampton as a member for a three-year term

Dr Tristram Ingham as a member for a three-year term

Shenagh Gleisner as a member for a two-year term

Dr Jennifer Parr as a member for a one-year term

to the Board of Te Tāhū Hauora | Health Quality & Safety Commission for terms of office commencing on 12 June 2023, and appointed:

Mr Andrew Connolly as Deputy Chair for a one-year term

Professor Ron Paterson as a member for a three-year term

David Lui as a member for a two-year term

Tereki Stewart as a member for a two-year term

to the Board of Te Tāhū Hauora | Health Quality & Safety Commission for terms of office commencing on 12 June 2023.
