Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, clause 2 of Schedule 2 of the Public Service Act 2020, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 15 September 2022, I hereby give notice that I, Tom Forster, Manager – Economic Regulation, Ministry of Transport, granted Rwandair Ltd. a Scheduled International Air Service Licence permitting the airline to perform scheduled air services in accordance with the Air Services Agreement signed between New Zealand and Rwanda in 2022.

The Licence took effect on 15 June 2023.
