Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 20 of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000, the Minister of Energy and Resources has reappointed

Elena Trout, of Auckland

as Chair of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Board for a term of three years commencing on 20 May 2023 and expiring on 19 May 2026.
