Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed:

Rakihia Tahumata Tau, of North Canterbury

as an Associate Member of the Commerce Commission, for a term commencing on 26 June 2023 and ending on 23 June 2028, in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003, and the Fuel Industry Act 2020.
