I, Sebastian Max Klinkum, Solicitor, The Treasury, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 29 May 2023, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of Threlkeld Estate Limited from the Register of Companies on 9 January 2015, with Resource Consent No. CRC990866.3, to take and use groundwater, issued by the Canterbury Regional Council and relating to a property at Threlkelds Road, Ohoka.
