as a member of the Takeovers Panel, commencing on 7 June 2023 and expiring on 6 June 2028; and

a member and Australian Takeovers Panel cross appointment of the New Zealand Takeovers Panel, commencing on 7 June 2023 and expiring on 29 April 2024.
