Pursuant to section 72A(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and section 28(1)(a) and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Transport has reappointed

Janice Fredric

as Chair and a member of the Civil Aviation Authority, for a further term commencing on 26 May 2023 and expiring on 25 May 2026.

Pursuant to section 72A(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Transport has reappointed

Charles Spillane

as a member of the Civil Aviation Authority, for a further term commencing on 26 May 2023 and expiring on 25 May 2026; and reappointed

Hon Harry Duynhoven

as a member of the Civil Aviation Authority, for a further term commencing on 1 July 2023 and expiring on 30 June 2026.
