Pursuant to section 87U(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, clause 2 of Schedule 2 of the Public Service Act 2020, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 15 September 2022, I give notice that, I, Tom Forster, Manager – Economic Regulation in the Ministry of Transport, having received an application from Malindo Airways, of Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, doing business as Batik Air, have granted that airline an Open Aviation Market Licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an indefinite term with effect from 19 May 2023.
