Pursuant to section 5 to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed

Stephen Davies Howard

as a member of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission, for a term commencing on 1 July 2023 and ending on 30 June 2028.

Pursuant to clause 1 of the Schedule to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990, the Minister of Transport has appointed

Stephen Davies Howard

as Deputy Chief Commissioner, for a term commencing on 1 July 2023 and ending on 30 June 2028.
