Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 December 2020, which was granted under those regulations to The Rainbow Corner East Tamaki Holdings Limited, in respect of The Rainbow Corner Early Learning Centre – Flat Bush Two (47747) situated at 417A East Tamaki Road, Flat Bush, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
