Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 31 October 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Princes Street Childcare Trust, in respect of Princes St Childcare Centre (20207) situated at 21 Princes Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
