Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 October 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Mt Roskill ECC Charitable Trust, in respect of Mt Roskill Early Childhood Centre (20375) situated at 60 Somerset Road, Mount Roskill, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
