Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 June 2015, which was granted under those regulations to Kids’ Corner – Rothesay Learning Centre, in respect of Kids Corner – Rothesay Learning Centre (20366) situated at 18 Montgomery Avenue, Rothesay Bay, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
