Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 January 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Clevedon Presbyterian Church, in respect of Clevedon Kidz Get Set 4 School Centre (45404) situated at 80 Clevedon Road, Clevedon, Papakura.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
