Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 October 2018, which was granted under those regulations to The Rainbow Corner Early Learning Centre Private Limited, in respect of The Rainbow Corner Early Learning Centre Takanini (47049) situated at 13 Princess Street, Takanini, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
