Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under Schedule 23, clause 3(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, I approve, 21 June 2023 as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for Ngākōroa School Board. I also approve 3 August 2023 as the date for the first meeting of the Board.

This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
