Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to the St Pius X School (3022) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 April 2021, Notice No. 2021-go1215).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
