Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 July 2022, which was granted under those regulations to The Rainbow Corner Montessori Limited, in respect of The Rainbow Corner Montessori Limited (50096) situated at 155 South Street, Feilding.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
