Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, clause 2 of Schedule 2 of the Public Service Act 2020, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 15 September 2022, I give notice that, having received a licence application, I have granted Joint-Stock Company for Air-Traffic Air Serbia a Scheduled International Air Service Licence. The Licence, which is for an indefinite term, took effect from 14 April 2023.
