Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Biosecurity gives notice that he is satisfied that Poultry Industry Association New Zealand Incorporated meets the criteria in section 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and represents the poultry meat sector for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
