Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 July 2018, which was granted under those regulations to Love of Learning 1 Limited, in respect of Orewa Preschool (10000) situated at 200 Lakeside Drive, Orewa.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
