Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 January 2022, which was granted under those regulations to The Early Learning Collective Limited, in respect of Halswell Preschool (65082) situated at 31 Halswell Junction Road, Halswell, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
