Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 January 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Toddler Town – Early Learning Centre Limited, in respect of Toddler Town - Early Learning Centre (10167) situated at 10 Birmingham Road, East Tamaki, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
