Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Mitchell Des Spence, Senior Solicitor, give notice that on or about 5 March 2023, the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Dr Ayesha Verrall, Minister of Health, gave approvals, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for Health New Zealand to borrow from The Treasury under the terms of a standby credit facility.
