Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 December 2022, which was granted under those regulations to The Rainbow Corner Educational Trust Hamilton Limited, in respect of The Rainbow Corner Early Learning Centre Enderley (47893) situated at 14–18 Shakespeare Avenue, Enderley, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
