Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 August 2022, which was granted under those regulations to PORSE In-Home Childcare Limited, in respect of PORSE Hawera S1 (55477) situated at 220 Devon Street, New Plymouth.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
