Unity Credit Union (1802850), the mortgagee under the Mortgage (“Mortgagee”), hereby gives notice that it entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on 3 March 2023.
Description of Mortgaged Goods: a 2011 Kenworth K108 Logging Truck (Registration No. FSQ100); a 2011 Patchell 3SH MB Logging Trailer (Registration No. R264H); and a 2011 Jonsered Logging Crane.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is 100 St Aubyn Street East, Hastings 4122.
