Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Auckland in proceeding CIV-2023-404-1019 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below on 14 November 2023:

40 Mt Hobson Road, Remuera, Auckland, Record of Title Identifier NA98B/356.
