Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of Mortgage Instrument Number 12173132.2, North Auckland Land Registry (“Mortgage”).
Brilliant Luna Opportunity V Limited, the mortgagee under the Mortgage (“Mortgagee”), hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below on 20 October 2023.
The description of the land is the properties having legal description as an estate in fee simple and fee simple – 1/14 share being Records of Title 1107579, 1107580, 1107581, 1107582, 1107583, 1107584, 1107585, 1107586, 1107587, 1107588, 1107589, 1107590, 1107591 and 1107592 (all North Auckland Land Registry).
The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged land may be addressed is Bell Gully, Level 21 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland, marked for the attention of A. C. Petersen.
