Take notice that Vulcan Mortgage (No. 2) Limited Partnership being the Mortgagee under Mortgage 12157198.2, gives notice of entry into possession, in accordance with section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, of the property at Unit A, 363 East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki, Auckland (“Property”) on 27 September 2023.

The Property includes the land and buildings and all fixtures, fittings and chattels located at Unit A, 363 East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki, Auckland. All rents payable in respect of the Property are now payable to the Mortgagee’s solicitors’ trust account.

The registered office of the Mortgagee is the offices of Glaister Ennor, 18 High Street, Auckland City 1010.
