Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of Mortgage Instrument No. 12584860.3 North Auckland Registry (“Mortgage”).
Take notice that Vulcan Mortgage (No. 3) Limited Partnership being the mortgagee under Mortgage 12584860.3, gives notice of entry into possession, in accordance with section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, of the property at 387 Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland (“Property”) on 14 September 2023.
The Property includes the land and buildings and all fixtures, fittings and chattels located on 387 Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland. All rents payable in respect of the Property are now payable to the Mortgagee’s solicitors’ trust account.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is the offices of Glaister Ennor, 18 High Street, Auckland City 1010.
