In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 11422384.4 (Mortgage Memorandum 2018/4346) (“Mortgage”), WFT FINANCE LIMITED as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that on 6 September 2023 it entered into possession of the mortgaged land located at 4 Percy Road, Papamoa Beach, Tauranga, contained in Record of Title 996903 (“Mortgaged Land”).
