In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 12150386.2 (Mortgage Memorandum 2018/4346) (“Mortgage”), First Mortgage Custodians Limited as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that on 15 August 2023 it entered into possession of the mortgaged land located at 1008D Te Kawa Road, Te Awamutu, contained in Record of Title 346741 (“Mortgaged Land”).
