Mortgagor: Alison Stuart Cromie

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 9756864.2 (“Mortgage”):

Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Wellington in proceeding CIV-2023-485-207 dated 18 July 2023 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:

7 Balmoral Terrace, Newtown, Wellington 6021, comprised and described in Record of Title WN146/226, Wellington Land Registry, Lot 9 Deposited Plan 1056.
