Notice is given that:

1. Edmund Adam Reid, Janice Agnes Reid and TW Trustees 2011 Limited as trustees of the Reid Family Trust being the mortgagee under Mortgage 12101332.2 give notice of entry into possession in accordance with section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, of the property at Unit P7 (also known as Apartment 407), Oceans Beach Resort, 11 Marina Road, Tutukaka (“Property”) on 27 June 2023.
2. The Property includes the land and buildings and all fixtures, fittings, and chattels located on Unit P7 (also known as Apartment 407), Oceans Beach Resort, 11 Marina Road, Tutukaka, comprised in Record of Title 203273 (North Auckland Land District).
3. The address of the mortgagee is the offices of Thomson Wilson, Mansfield Terrace, Whangarei 0112.
