Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants

Creditors and other claimants are warned that after that date, the estate may be administered or distributed having regard only to the claims of which the administrator has had notice. The estate shall not be liable for any claims at the time of administration or distribution of which notice has not been given.

Claims due and owing at the date of death should be so certified.
