In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (a Business Loan and Security Agreement dated 29 July 2021, Business Revolving Credit Facility Agreement dated 15 February 2022 and Open for Business Facility Agreement dated 15 February 2022) (“Security Agreements”) over a 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Velar, Registration No. PZD526 (previously MUL847), VIN: SALYA2AX3LA274128 (“Collateral”)

Notice is hereby given that on 27 June 2023, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Cordial  Homes Limited to comply with the terms of the mortgage.

The registered office of the Mortgagee is 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
