Take notice that:

1. Vulcan Mortgage Limited Partnership being the mortgagee under Mortgages 11665204.3 and 11665204.4, gives notice of entry into possession, in accordance with section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, of the property at 246 Georges Road, Waipara (“Property”) on 27 June 2023.
2. The Property includes the land and buildings and all fixtures, fittings and chattels located on 246 Georges Road, Waipara comprised in Record of Title 876060 (Canterbury Land District).
3. The registered office of the mortgagee is the offices of Glaister Ennor, 18 High Street, Auckland 1010.
