Take notice that:

1. Vulcan Mortgage (No. 3) Limited Partnership being the mortgagee under the Mortgages, gives notice of entry into possession, in accordance with section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, of the property at 11 Clearview Street, Wanaka (“Property”) on 20 April 2023.
2. The Property includes the land and buildings and all fixtures and fittings located on 11 Clearview Street, Wanaka comprised in Record of Title 810195 (Otago Land Registry).
3. Communications relating to the mortgaged property is to be sent to the registered office of the mortgagee being the offices of Glaister Ennor, 18 High Street, Auckland City 1010. Attention: Rochelle Miskelly.
